Terms of Service

Last updated: May 26, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of ChannelDeck. They are written for launch readiness, but they should still be reviewed by qualified counsel before being treated as final legal terms.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using ChannelDeck, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use ChannelDeck.

2. The ChannelDeck service

ChannelDeck helps YouTube creators connect their channel, import analytics, label videos, compare performance by format and topic, and generate workflow insights. Features may change over time as the product develops.

ChannelDeck provides analytics and workflow support. We do not guarantee channel growth, revenue, subscriber gains, ranking outcomes, or any other business result.

3. Accounts and eligibility

  • You must be able to form a binding agreement to use ChannelDeck.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account and connected Google account secure.
  • You must provide accurate account information and keep it reasonably up to date.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account.

4. YouTube and Google services

ChannelDeck uses Google OAuth and YouTube-related APIs when you choose to connect your channel. Your use of YouTube and Google services remains subject to Google's and YouTube's own terms and policies, including the YouTube API Services Terms of Service.

You authorize ChannelDeck to access and process permitted YouTube data for the purpose of providing the service. You can revoke access through your Google account permissions, although this may prevent ChannelDeck from syncing future analytics.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use ChannelDeck for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or deceptive purposes.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, disrupt, or compromise the service.
  • Access another user's account, data, or connected channel without permission.
  • Upload or store content that infringes rights, violates law, or contains malicious code.
  • Use ChannelDeck to violate YouTube, Google, or third-party terms and policies.
  • Resell, sublicense, or provide access to ChannelDeck except as expressly allowed by us.

6. Your content and data

You retain ownership of your own channel information, labels, notes, and other content you provide to ChannelDeck. You grant ChannelDeck a limited permission to host, process, display, and analyze that information as needed to provide and improve the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed to connect any channel or submit any information to ChannelDeck.

7. ChannelDeck intellectual property

ChannelDeck, including our software, design, branding, copy, workflows, and product features, is owned by ChannelDeck or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

8. Plans, billing, and trials

Some ChannelDeck features may be free, paid, in beta, or subject to usage limits. If paid plans are offered, pricing, billing frequency, renewal terms, cancellation, refunds, and taxes should be disclosed at checkout or in the applicable plan terms.

ChannelDeck does not currently add payment processing terms on this page. If Stripe or another billing provider is introduced, these Terms should be updated before launch.

9. Beta features and changes

We may offer beta, experimental, or early-access features. These may change, break, or be removed. We may also update, suspend, or discontinue parts of ChannelDeck as the product evolves.

10. Third-party services

ChannelDeck may depend on third-party services such as Google, YouTube, hosting providers, databases, authentication providers, analytics tools, and email providers. We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.

11. Disclaimers

ChannelDeck is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChannelDeck will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption arising from your use of the service.

13. Termination

You may stop using ChannelDeck at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service, violate third-party platform rules, or if we discontinue the service. Some provisions, including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute-related terms, may survive termination.
